Terms of Service (summary of the 15 sections)

The service

Vericore is a digital bookkeeping and financial-operations platform for small businesses in Israel. It is a work tool, not professional advice — it does not replace an accountant, tax adviser or lawyer, and filing obligations remain yours.

Your account

Registration requires accurate details. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the correctness of the data you enter or upload.

Payments & renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annual) at the published prices, plus VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Price changes are announced in advance.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time — with one click on the site, by email (support@vericore.co.il) or by phone. Billing stops within 3 business days. Refunds, where applicable, follow Israeli law and the published policy. After cancellation you keep read and export access to your books.

Liability

The service is provided “as-is” and “as-available”. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. High availability is a goal, not a guarantee.

Prohibited use, IP, termination

No copying, reverse-engineering or unlawful use. All IP in the service belongs to the operator; your content remains yours. Either side may end the engagement as set out in the full terms.

Law & jurisdiction

Israeli law applies exclusively; exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in Israel.

Privacy Policy (summary of the 12 sections)

What is collected

Account details, the business and financial data you enter, documents you upload, and technical data needed to run the service.

AI

AI features are disclosed as such and run on a third-party model provider (Anthropic). Document reading sends the full document you uploaded to extract its details; the personal assistant sends your message together with the book data needed to answer it (monthly totals, supplier and customer names, balances). Under the provider's commercial terms the data is not used for training and is retained only briefly for safety purposes. The full list of what is sent per purpose is in the Hebrew privacy policy.

Sharing

Your data is never sold or rented. It is shared only with the technical infrastructure providers required to operate the service (bound by confidentiality), with authorities when the law requires, or in a merger subject to this policy — and with an accountant or tax adviser you grant access to, only for the business you choose: read-only access to its books, documents and bank account, including downloading the month's documents and messaging you inside the system. The accountant cannot change anything in the books; every visit is logged and shown to you, and you can revoke access at any moment. If an accountant invites you, we email you on their behalf, and access opens only with your approval. Weather in the cash-register report: to show rainy and hot days, the server sends NASA POWER (NASA’s open data) only the coordinates of the city in your business details, rounded to about 25 km, and a date range — never the business name, the address or any personal detail.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept while your account is active and for periods required by law (including statutory bookkeeping retention). On closure it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time.

You may access, correct, delete and receive information about the processing of your data — write to support@vericore.co.il.

Cookies

Only cookies/localStorage essential to the service (login state, display preferences). The marketing site uses cookie-less, first-party analytics.

The service is for businesses and adults (18+) only.
